The Mission.
Chesmar Homes approached Adams Davy to help create a unique employee engagement experience during their Annual Sales Event which included 5 regional devisions from around the state of Texas.
Impressive Result.
Adams Davy produced a two-day conference event that included Audio Visual Solutions, Photography & Videography, Decor, Scripting, and Entertainment Production services.
A Batmobile was present on-site to convey the theme of the event, “Heros” in addition to the Bat Bike and a cast of 20+ performers creating a “Batman vs Joker” Live-Action Stunt Show that was held in the main ballroom after dinner.
The event was celebrated by the client and attendees saying “even a year later our employees are talking about the event” and “was the most successful sales meeting for the attendees to date.”
